When water is coming through a ceiling or a pipe has split, the first job is to stop it getting worse. Turn off the water at the stop tap, usually under the kitchen sink or where the main pipe enters the house, then message or call us.

- If you go ahead, the full fee is taken off your final bill. We do not charge by the hour.
Questions we get asked
What should I do first if a pipe bursts?
Turn off the water at the stop tap, open the cold taps to drain the pipe, and move belongings away from the water. Then message or call us. If water is near electrics, do not touch them.
Do you really answer all night?
Yes. The phone and WhatsApp are covered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
